Welcome to the website of the National Society of Faith, Unity, and Leadership LLC (NSFUL), a New Jersey limited liability company founded by Ana Celia Edmondson, Ed.D. By using this website or enrolling in our services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Our services

NSFUL provides youth and student coaching, workshops, and leadership development. Our work is educational and supportive in nature. It is not therapy or counseling, and it is not legal, medical, financial, or mental health advice. If you need help in any of those areas, please seek a licensed professional.

Using this website

You may use this site for lawful, personal purposes and to learn about or register for our programs. Please do not misuse the site, interfere with how it works, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or copy, scrape, or collect content or information from it without our written permission. All content on this site — including text, materials, logos, and program descriptions — belongs to NSFUL or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced or distributed without our written permission.

Payments and refunds

All fees for NSFUL services are non-refundable. The only exception is an accidental duplicate payment: if you are charged twice for the same service by mistake, please contact us promptly and we will refund the duplicate charge. Fees are not refunded for missed sessions, schedule changes, or a decision not to continue with a service.

Events and conduct

We want every NSFUL event, workshop, and session to be welcoming and productive. Participants are expected to treat staff, presenters, and one another with respect, follow reasonable directions from event staff, and avoid disruptive or harmful behavior. We may ask anyone whose behavior disrupts an event or puts others at risk to leave, without a refund.

Limitation of liability

We work hard to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent allowed by New Jersey law, NSFUL is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses — such as lost time, lost opportunities, or other indirect damages — arising from your use of this website or participation in our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this website is the current version, and continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, and any dispute relating to them will be handled in New Jersey.
